About The Position

Shift Leader Tioga Downs is hiring a Shift Leader to join our growing Dunkin' team. $17.00hour PLUS Tips!! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards. Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members Support the training of crew members as requested Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws Manage cash over/short during shift Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. Previous Food Service experience highly preferred Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience Experience training, coaching, or leading small groups is a plus! PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Dunkin' operates between 5:30AM - 2AM, 7 days per week. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary for this position. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous Food Service experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience
