Responsibilities
- A Dunkin' Shift Leader (SL) understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements.
- A successful SL sets and maintains high standards for oneself, others, and acts as a role model.
- SL's identify and communicate team goals and seek to understand conflict through active listening.
- SL's identify and resolve issues and problems to provide guests with a pleasant experience.
- Relationships with team members are expected to be developed and maintained by all SL's.
