About The Position
Shift Leader Tioga Downs is hiring a Shift Leader to join our growing Dunkin' team. $17.00hour PLUS Tips!! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards. Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members Support the training of crew members as requested Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws Manage cash over/short during shift Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Previous Food Service experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience training, coaching, or leading small groups is a plus!
