Why Ian's Pizza? Hourly Wage of $14.50/hour and phenomenal tips: The starting base wage is $14.50/hour, and we offer $2/hour additional for any time after 10pm. Tips are typically $5-$7/hour additional which would bring your average hourly take home to $19.50-$21.50/hour. Tips are paid at the end of each shift, and all other wages are paid on your paycheck (biweekly). Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required
- Cross-trained in, or has a solid understanding of, all restaurant departments
- Comfortable and able to handle large sums of money
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Be able to bend, crouch, and lift to 20-50 lbs
- Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business
- English language proficiency is required for this position
- Must be 18+ to apply
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide adequate identification documentation at Orientation and/or Day One
Responsibilities
- Supervising all aspects of a shift
- Ensuring accurate and timely order completion
- Ensuring high food quality
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensuring thorough shift task checklist completion
- Paying out employee tips at the end of their shifts
- Well-assigned staffing
- Helping with training new staff
- Implementing any new programs, policies, or products introduced by the managers
- Attending all staff and team meetings
