Responsibilities

Support the Shop. Own the coordination of positions, manage breaks, and keep the crew moving efficiently.
Coach in the Moment. Act as a mentor to Broistas, helping them perfect their craft and elevate their customer connections.
Maintain the Standard. Ensure drink quality is top-tier and food safety/cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift.
Problem Solve. Handle tough customer Broista moments with kindness and speed, turning every situation into a win.
Bridge the Gap. Communicate shift wins and challenges to the Shop Manager, helping the whole shop level up.
Embody. Live out the Dutch Bros values: radiate kindness, get up early, stay up late, and change the world.
Stay Fast & Focused. Work efficiently to craft high-quality drinks while keeping up with the hustle of a busy shop.
Be Reliable. Show up on time, communicate your availability, and be ready to roll when your shift starts.
