Requirements

1+ year of experience as a Shift Lead in a mid- to high-volume QSR
Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Reliable transportation
Must live within 15 miles of 2900 North Airfield Drive
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to provide two forms of government-issued ID
Ability to work shifts required in an airport environment
Ability to stand for the full shift
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
Ability to work in hot, close-quarter environments

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
Train & coach team members to ensure efficient, friendly service
Maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure top inspection scores
Provide regular updates to management on policy adherence and team performance
Lead and motivate the team to meet store goals
Build strong communication and relationships across management and corporate teams
Oversee on-the-job training , addressing performance concerns professionally
Create a positive, energetic workplace with constructive feedback
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and accountability
