About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary functions Maintain raw inbound inventory and pit levels Ensure proper formulation of product Maintain finished good levels for loadout Maintain sanitation of plant  Perform training of plant associates Enforce all safety and processing procedures  Execute quality control measures Compare analytics to specs on finished product Review and approve C of A’s Perform preventative maintenance of plant equipment Perform Fix it Now Repairs (FIN’s) Prepare work orders Prepare daily shift report   Secondary functions Assist in coaching with associates  Investigate and report all accidents/incidents   Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas  Work closely with management team in all aspects of plant    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Experience: minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing facility Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills  Understanding of cause and effect of all operations Knowledge of product / customer specifications Ability to read and comprehend written instructions     WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to work in both a hot humid environment as well as a cold wet conditions for up to 12 hours at a time Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on an a frequent basis, including lifting at shoulder level or above  Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs on an infrequent basis   PEOPLE SKILLS: Communicate clearly and concisely Possess team-oriented attitude   CORE VALUES: It may be an understatement to say that we work every day to uphold our company’s core values.  Because being a servant leader, committed to relationships, pioneering, results driven and tenacious are not just ideals we work towards.  We live them.  We breathe them.  These values are the true essence of how we work and are in every product, service, and opportunity we offer.   1. Requirements

  • minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing facility
