Throughout yourshift, you'll coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuringoperations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills, you'll monitor financial objectives, track laborcosts, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up, you'll review teamperformance and report any needs or concerns to the management team. The Schedule Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead, you'll work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team during shifts, setting a positive tone and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Facilitate pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals and priorities effectively.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including tracking revenue, managing labor costs, and encouragingupselling.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, addressing team strengths, concerns, and developmentopportunities.
  • Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
