What You’ll Do Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around) What We’re Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred) Customer service and/or sales experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example Reliable transportation Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time Weekend and holiday availability Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person! Requirements

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
  • Weekend and holiday availability
