Responsibilities Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution Train and develop new team members to company standard Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions Motivate staff while working towards one goal Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles, etc. Ordering/Receiving product and supplies Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product Maintaining a safe and secure environment Maintaining a clean, organized store Qualifications Outgoing and engaging personality Strong communication and listening skills Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus At least 1 year food service leadership experience Cake Decorating experience is a huge plus Experience in motivating co-workers A willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel) Your own transportation The ability to work up to 6 hours a day on your feet, lift up to 50lbs Able to clearly communicate with customers We are looking forward to reading your application. Requirements

  • Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
  • Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
