• 6+ months of restaurant experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership
• Supervise team members during assigned shifts.
• Coach staff in real-time and lead by example.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Guest Service
• Resolve issues quickly and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Deliver energy and positivity during every shift.
• Administrative
• Handle cash management and shift reporting.
• Support GM and Assistant Manager in achieving performance goals.
