Requirements

  • Prior experience in a restaurant lead, shift supervisor, or team leader role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate team members and deliver great guest experiences.
  • Reliable, positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant lead or supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with brands such as Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Popeyes, McDonald’s, or similar quick-service restaurants is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Assistant Manager with brands like Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and food quality standards are met.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and daily shift operations.
  • Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and reports.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train and coach new and existing employees.
  • Manage cash handling, reconcile drawers, and prepare deposits.
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment.
  • Report shift updates and feedback to the General Manager.
