Our values are Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Caring and Integrity. What will you do as a Lead Residential Care Specialist? Support the organization and delegation of day-to-day shift tasks in accordance with established procedures. Support training of new staff by modeling expectations, routines, and program practices. Communicate shift updates, programmatic needs, and operational concerns to the Residential Coach. Act as the designated point person for shift-related communication, supporting consistent communication of meetings, updates, and program expectations. Display individual proficiency and effectiveness in the role. Be punctual, arrive on time, and prepared. Learn, utilize, and model the organization’s systems, processes and procedures. Display a high degree of being open to coaching/feedback regarding performance and areas of improvement. Contribute to a positive team culture through your actions, attitude, and communication. Consistently deliver excellent customer service to your clients/customers. Conduct yourself in the highest standards of ethics and integrity while displaying emotional intelligence in your day-to-day work with customers, peers, and leadership. Represent the organization internally and externally through your communication and conduct. Provide vigilant supervision and monitoring of every client in your care, ensuring that the milieu is always in ratio and every child is safe. Engage youth in the program schedule and activities throughout the day that contribute to an active, engaging, learning environment. Ensure the physical milieus you are in remain clean, safe, and cared for by adhering to regular cleaning and sanitation expectations. Ensure all documentation meets internal and external quality and regulatory standards Must be able to work 2nd Shift: 7pm-7am Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday What does this position offer? Requirements

  • Must have valid Driver’s License.
  • Must meet any credentialing standards as required of the job.
  • BA/BS Degree in the Human Services field strongly preferred and minimum of one year relevant experience working with youth or High School diploma/GED and two years' relevant experience working with youth. will be considered in lieu of BA/BS degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with youth
  • All residential staff must pass a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and demonstrate proper physical Therapeutic techniques and holds.
