About The Position

In the role of Shift Lead - Packaging working in Albany, GA you will be part of the Packaging Department. You will be responsible for driving performance and continuous improvement within a designated brewery area, aligning with the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and site objectives. This role leads, coaches, and motivates operational teams to ensure high-quality products are produced safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. By leveraging Molson Coors' WCSC principles and best work practices, the Process Lead monitors and evaluates systems such as PPCCS to enhance operational performance and reliability. This position reports to Director WCSC and Operations. You will work closely with brewery management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and process control to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and loss‑elimination initiatives.
  • Develop team members’ technical and leadership capabilities while fostering accountability.
  • Ensure asset optimization, data integrity, and strong brew line performance.
  • Uphold all Molson Coors quality, safety, and regulatory standards (SQF, HACCP, GMP).
  • Support strategic operational plans such as DDS, WDS, and 90‑day initiatives.
