Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees. Direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standard, policies and procedures. Report any problems, potential problems, hazardous situations to management Inspect products and/or shipments to verify conformance to specifications Review and approve machine set ups, production samples, and/or shipments as necessary Identify and report opportunities for continual improvement When necessary, attend production meetings and/or confer with other departments to coordinate production activities Coordinate or perform training for new employees, contract workers, and/or guests to ensure safety, quality, and production requirements are understood. Ensure the “Quality Policy and Objectives” are understood and achieved Quality Monitors quality counseling guidelines to ensure shift managers are current with any positive counseling as needed. Follows inspection checklist and records any identified defects. Follow established quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure produce meets quality conformance specified by the customer. Perform visual inspection of printed materials for defects, such as loose, torn, or wrinkled pages, missing staples, incorrect bindings, printing defects, etc. Perform “samples” selection and package for shipment. Identify potential issues and involve department Lead and/or management to determine an appropriate solution. May assist with disposition of defective or non-conforming product. Work closely with the Sales Rep and CSR on any customer issues. CQT Handle any customer complaints Issue credit on bad product, credit and rebill job that has been billed wrong. Issue call tags on product that need to be inspected to determine if there is an issue with the finished product. · EQT Reliance Enter Corrective Action (CAPA) Make sure all employees are completing Employee Training. Ensuring that all SOP’s are up to date. · Shipping Create orders to ship in WCSS Key ship in WBS Ship LTL & TL truck shipments Uber Freight Portal UPS Freight Line Ship UPS and FEDEX Adjust in transit inventory · Vault Receive and ship jobs Cycle counting Inventory · Purchasing Allocate paper to jobs to move to production Inventory for purchasing, tape, film wrap, stitch wire, transfer
