Since our Shift Coordinators play an integral role in our organization, we are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure success of our daily operations. Requirements

Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Respectively communicate with clients, team, and customers
Prior Dispatching Experience (REQUIRED)
High comfort level with computer systems (Word, Excel, etc.)

Associates Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Overseeing multiple Delivery Associates simultaneously and ensuring route completion
Maintaining accurate daily head-count report for Delivery Associates and ensure head-counts are consistent for each delivery window
Tracking inventory daily
Ability to organize and prioritize work with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
Flexibility to meet operating needs of the company
