Since our Shift Coordinators play an integral role in our organization, we are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure success of our daily operations.
Requirements
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Respectively communicate with clients, team, and customers
- Prior Dispatching Experience (REQUIRED)
- High comfort level with computer systems (Word, Excel, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple Delivery Associates simultaneously and ensuring route completion
- Maintaining accurate daily head-count report for Delivery Associates and ensure head-counts are consistent for each delivery window
- Tracking inventory daily
- Ability to organize and prioritize work with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Flexibility to meet operating needs of the company
