Shift/Charge Nurse - LVN/LPN

As an LPN/LVN, you will enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks. The position also involves assisting in the scheduling of caregivers, supervising the medication program, acting as a liaison to maintain positive relations with residents, their families, and physicians, and solving problems while exhibiting ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
Requirements
- State-issued nurse license required
- Must be Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing
Responsibilities
- Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks
- Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising of medication program
- Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians
- Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team
