This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day job site activities, maintaining quality control, and coordinating subcontractors to meet project goals efficiently and safely. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience
• Completion of a State Union Apprenticeship program
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and construction law
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations and short-term scheduling
• Coordinate staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions
• Attend preconstruction meetings and site orientations
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and inspection procedures
• Manage field office setup, temporary services, and equipment logistics
• Collaborate with Project Manager on scheduling and procurement
• Monitor labor reports and field staff performance
• Enforce safety policies and conduct weekly safety meetings
• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site conflicts
• Submit required documentation and timecards promptly
• Participate in project closeout and walk-throughs
