About The Position

Gensco, a regional leader in sheet metal manufacturing , is looking for energetic Team Members to join our team at our new location in Salem, OR! This is an opportunity full of potential to grow into a long-term career. Schedule - Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Full Time - starting pay range $17-$24 per hour based on experience Columbia produces high quality sheet metal products and pleated filters for residential and commercial HVAC applications. Join our residential team where you will be part of our product manufacturing process. Job duties vary based on assignment and may include material handling, utilizing machinery, fabricating components, assembling products, and inspecting for quality assurance. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• A high level of professionalism
• Ability to perform physical work
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to work overtime as needed
