From shaping raw metal to applying flawless finishes, you’ll help create top-tier parts with pride and precision.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• 6+ months of sheet metal and/or powder coating experience (we’ll train the right person!)
• Ability to read technical drawings and operate tools with precision
• Strong attention to detail, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and build metal components to exact specs
• Cut, bend, weld, and prep sheet metal using power tools and machinery
• Apply powder coating and cure parts in ovens for a professional finish
• Inspect for quality, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
