Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sheet metal ductwork installation
• Strong verbal and math skills
• Must have an honest and dependable personality
• Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions of the trade
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
• Obtain OSHA 10 certificate

Responsibilities

• Perform layout for ductwork routes including hanger layout
• Perform all required ductwork offsets
• Able to read, understand, and follow prints and mechanical details
• Understands and assists with the ductwork testing process
• General knowledge of SMACNA requirements
• Create and maintain a collaborative working relationship with both supervisors and co-workers
