Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
Commitment to quality, consistency, and working within standardized procedures.

Responsibilities

Translate simple sketches and routings into precise fabrication steps.
Set up and operate manual rolls, expanders, and planishers to form parts to spec.
Use sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders to prep and finish surfaces.
Own deburring for most of your shift to ensure safe, clean, spec‑compliant edges.
Validate results using tape measures, verniers, and Pi tapes; document acceptance before moving forward.
