About The Position

CCS Elite Fab, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team in Gray Court, SC. We specialize in designing and fabricating high-quality, custom chimney caps that protect homes throughout the region. Compensation & Advancement Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour 30-Day Performance Review: Employees receive their first performance evaluation after 30 days, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance and skill development. Growth Potential: Our top fabricators earn up to $30.00 per hour. Advancement is based on reliability, skill progression, and production quality. Strong reliability and punctuality
Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/16") and perform basic shop math

Metal fabrication or construction experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal using tape measures, speed squares, and CNC equipment
Assemble custom chimney caps with precision and attention to detail
Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain high quality standards to ensure finished products meet company specifications
