About The Position

A primary focus of the SharePoint Senior Consultant is the integration and support of key business technologies. Guidehouse will support the integration of OE SharePoint within business operations and assist with training, administration, and records management for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Energy IT Services (EITS) enhancements. By facilitating senior leadership's decision-making and managing a portfolio of IT investments, this position directly contributes to the operational effectiveness of OE programs and the achievement of strategic goals. The work ensures the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of OE's IT assets and business operations. Supports OE SharePoint integration within business operations and builds automations, as appropriate. Assists with training, administration, records management, and other duties related to Microsoft 365 (M365) and Energy IT Services (EITS) technology enhancements. As requested, assists with the governance of OE systems hosted on various platforms to ensure continuity of program assets. Supports OE CBO governance initiatives by assisting with the institutionalization of governance program requirements for IT assets and Directives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
  • A minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of consulting experience in a federal, state, or local agency/organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks quickly to adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad-hoc requests
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
  • Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship restrictions apply
  • This Remote position is open to candidates who will reside within Plano, TX

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar degree
