Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced: SharePoint Architect Location: Springfield, VA (on-site client environment) Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed. As a Software Engineer, you will work as part of an integrated web development team that will design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions that support clear communication and learner interaction related to adult learning solutions. These products include, but are not limited to: graphics, websites, web-tools, online courses, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), blended, and face-to-face training. Development efforts will facilitate the overall team's educational mission.

Requirements

  • Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Experience translating customer and system requirements into software design.
  • Experience managing a newly created SharePoint environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA).
  • Experience working with users to identify, validate and prioritize SharePoint site issues and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience assigning, editing, and maintaining user roles and permissions.
  • Experience making SharePoint configuration changes that are required to resolve issues, in order to comply with industry requirements, or customer IT best practices.
  • Experience creating and enhancing workflow architectures in SharePoint, as well as migrating, configuring, and developing SharePoint sites with improved functionality.
  • Experience improving the performance, stability, and optimization of already existing SharePoint sites.
