About The Position

Overview Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to support the Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) Program Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and governance of the PM TCE Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, TEAMS, Power Platform, and related tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal acquisition environments and a strong understanding of secure, collaborative information systems. Key Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment including SharePoint, TEAMS, PowerApps, Forms, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Tasks, Insights, Planner, Power BI, Stream, Visio, and Power Automate.• Develop and maintain a Program Management correspondence tracking system in SharePoint.• Ensure consistency, functionality, and applicability across the PM TCE Microsoft 365 environment.• Maintain and update the PM TCE website in coordination with the MCSC Web Master.• Design and implement custom SharePoint solutions using Power Platform tools.• Integrate SharePoint with external data sources using DDL and DML.• Create and manage site templates, branding, dashboards, and custom web parts.• Configure and manage content type hubs and term stores.• Perform access control, auditing, and permissions management.• Monitor site usage, performance, and storage; troubleshoot and resolve issues.• Maintain technical documentation, configuration items, and governance artifacts.• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.• Ensure compliance with Marine Corps and MCSC policies and governance guidelines.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance policies.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet MCEN access requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint Online, TEAMS, PowerApps, Power Automate, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and workflows.
  • Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and XSLT.
  • Experience with back-end integration: ASP.NET, SQL Server, MS Access.
  • Ability to create and manage Active Directory groups and permissions.
  • Familiarity with DoD Records Management and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, secure environment
