About The Position

MAG is currently looking to hire a Sharepoint Administrator to support their C5ISR customer located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position is contigent upon award currently. MAG Aerospace is seeking a SharePoint Administrator with at least 5 years’ experience will manage, enhance, and support an established SharePoint Online environment serving over 200 users. This role is responsible for ensuring the platform remains secure, well-organized and optimized for collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in sharePoint online, Power Platform integration, permissions governance and user support. This position plays a key role in improving site structure, maintaining workflows build in Power Apps and Power Automate and ensuring a reliable scalable digital workplace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, governance, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and SharePoint Admin Center.
  • Experience with JSON formatting, PowerShell (PnP), and basic REST API usage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving workflows, permissions, and integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support a diverse user base.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting 200+ user environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels).
  • Experience with Teams/SharePoint integration and content lifecycle management.
  • Power BI experience for reporting and analytics.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-600, PL-200, SC-900)
  • Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint Online site collections, hubs, subsites, lists, libraries, and content structures.
  • Maintain and optimize metadata, content types, views, and document management practices.
  • Oversee permissions and access control using SharePoint groups and Azure AD security groups.
  • Monitor site performance, storage usage, and overall health.
  • Implement improvements to site navigation, usability, and information architecture.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance Power Apps forms and applications connected to SharePoint.
  • Maintain and optimize Power Automate workflows, including approvals, notifications, and data integrations.
  • Monitor flow performance, error logs, and environment health.
  • Collaborate with business users to refine automation and streamline processes.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint and workflow-related issues.
  • Develop user guides, quick reference materials, and training sessions.
  • Promote best practices for document management, collaboration, and workflow usage.
  • Partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
