About The Position

Loenbro is seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly document management and collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SharePoint administration, governance, and integration with business systems, with a focus on supporting operational teams in construction, industrial services, and field operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and governance
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting business users in a corporate environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, industrial services, or project-based environments
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, security best practices, and compliance tools
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations and data organization strategies

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and storage management
  • Monitor system performance, usage, and health; troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Manage SharePoint structure including hubs, sites, libraries, lists, and metadata
  • Develop and enforce SharePoint governance policies, naming conventions, and lifecycle management
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security groups in alignment with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with data retention, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Partner with business units to improve workflows, document management, and collaboration
  • Promote adoption of SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive across field and office teams
  • Build and maintain SharePoint solutions including lists, libraries, and pages
  • Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Customize SharePoint using out-of-the-box features and low-code solutions
  • Support document management strategies tied to job cost, project management, and field operations
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to support reporting and data access needs
  • Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates and recommend improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Participate in IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Teams including team creation, channel structure, policies, permissions, and lifecycle management
  • Support Teams governance, security, and compliance in alignment with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 standards
  • Optimize Teams usage for office and field teams by integrating document libraries, workflows, and collaboration tools
  • Provide end-user support, best practices, and training to drive effective adoption of Teams across the organization
