Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, including people leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional ability to produce written communication for distribution
  • Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Self‑motivated leader who can set direction and drive results

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Two-year degree in supply chain, Communications, English, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Shareholder and Customer Service teams
  • Partner cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional shareholder and customer service
  • Oversee shareholder order processing, fulfillment, and support of production and distribution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for shareholders, proactively addressing needs and resolving issues
  • Create and deliver regular and urgent written communications to shareholders
  • Track, report, and present key performance metrics to leadership
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage timekeeping and administrative tasks
  • Identify and implement tools and processes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR on staffing, training, and development initiatives.
  • Promote company values, leadership growth, and a continuous improvement in culture.
