The Shared Services Internal Communications Specialist is a strategic member of the IT Knowledge Management (KM) team, serving two critical roles- voice of corporate teams and advocate for your fellow users. As the voice of corporate teams such as IT, HR and Organizational Development to the rest of the company, you will help craft creative, exciting communications via multiple modalities for all NOV employees. You will serve as an advocate for employees when NOV is considering, implementing and communicating changes. You will work creatively to empower employees with the information they want and need to know. Our team uses a diverse variety of tools to reach employees through email, intranet, enterprise social media and more.
