The Shared Services Coordinator serves as the onsite administrative and recruiting lead for a designated Private Education account within the Janitorial and Landscaping divisions. Recruiting is the primary focus of this role, including full-cycle recruiting, staffing coordination, onboarding support, and daily applicant tracking, while also providing front-office administrative and HR support. The coordinator will serve as a key liaison between operations, Shared Services, candidates, and employees to ensure timely hiring, accurate documentation, and a high level of employee and client service.
