About The Position
Shared Living Provider- Contractor A Great Opportunity / $100-$150 per day stipend / Full Time Remote Status: Providing care from the comfort of your own home Being a Shared Living Provider is when you provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities while they live in your home. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
- Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are always met.
- Supervising, teaching, and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
- Integrating the individual into your everyday life
- Providing personal care assistance.
- Participating in community outings and appointments through transporting and assisting the individual served.
