About The Position

This role is ideal for caretakers and teachers at heart. Shared Living Providers (SLP) share their home and life experiences while providing habilitative services. Habilitation services provided will vary, based on the assessed needs and personal preference of the person receiving support. SLP is a continuous (24/7) role, which requires advanced planning, flexibility and effective communication skills. SLPs must provide the service participant with their own legal bedroom and have reliable transportation. Routine training and certification is made available through My Life LLC.
