About The Position

Join our team as an Inspector-Assembler in the Commercial Group, where you'll play a key role in assembling and packaging an entire product or a component of a product to meet manufacturing specifications and quality standards. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred. (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products or components according to operator instruction sheets and production standards.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Use computer systems to report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Support team goals and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
