About The Position
As the SF Launch Lead, you will spearhead our expansion into the world’s most critical tech market. This 0→1 role tasks you with building a massive candidate base and onboarding hundreds of companies. You will own the entire GTM motion, from demand generation to closing flagship customers and establishing our brand presence. Requirements
- Proven experience as an ex-founder or early GTM leader who has scaled a startup from $0 to $1M+ ARR.
- Deeply networked within the San Francisco tech ecosystem with existing ties to founders and VCs.
- High-agency hustler who thrives in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments without needing a pre-defined structure.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand through exclusive community events, founder dinners, and infiltrating the local tech ecosystem.
- Act as the primary Account Executive on the ground to pitch, navigate objections, and close enterprise deals.
- White-glove early customer onboarding while manually reviewing roles to ensure platform liquidity and success.
