As a Production Sewer, you’ll bring comfort to life—literally. Using industrial single-needle and serger machines, you’ll sew, close, and finish filled products such as pillows and pet beds. You’ll be a key part of the production process that ensures every item leaving our facility meets the same high standards our customers expect.
Requirements
- Experience using industrial sewing machines (single-needle and serger).
- Great attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- A team player-attitude—you like helping others and getting the job done right.
- High School diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Operating industrial sewing machines (single-needle and serger) to assemble and close filled items.
- Inspecting seams and finished goods for quality and consistency.
- Performing light machine maintenance and keeping your workstation clean and safe.
- Helping in other production areas such as pre-inspection, in-line inspection, and pack-out when needed.
- Meeting or exceeding daily production targets as part of a supportive, fast-moving team.
