About The Position

We are an established insulation fabrication company with a reputation for quality and reliability. We are seeking motivated individuals with previous sewing experience — whether from personal clothing alterations, upholstery, or industrial sewing.

What You’ll Do:
Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, zigzag, serger, or other industrial machines)
Perform alterations, stitching, hemming, and assembly tasks according to specifications
Read and follow work orders and pattern
Inspect and maintain quality of finished products
Keep your workspace safe and organized
Hours & Schedule:
1st shift — Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Consistent hours with overtime opportunities

Requirements

• Prior sewing experience (personal alterations, home sewing, or industrial)
• Must know how to thread, operate, and troubleshoot a basic sewing machine
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Dependable attendance and teamwork
• Must have previous sewing experience whether personally or professionally.
