Requirements

Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems , including diagnostics and troubleshooting
Proven ability to communicate complex technical details in a customer-friendly way
A clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Install & Repair: Expertly install, repair, and maintain residential drain and sewer lines, including clearing blockages, replacing damaged piping, and ensuring proper flow.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Use advanced tools (camera inspections, augers, hydro-jetting) to identify clogs, leaks, and root intrusions, delivering efficient, long-term solutions.
Project Execution: Work closely with team members to complete repairs and installations on schedule while exceeding homeowner expectations.
System Integration: Connect and configure residential drainage systems to existing plumbing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions to build trust and satisfaction.
