About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Post Trade Services team at Delta Capita as a Product Owner focused on settlement innovation. This strategic role sits at the intersection of market needs, client pain points, and operational excellence-driving the evolution of post-trade workflows for OTC derivatives. As a subject matter expert in settlement flows, trade lifecycle, and reconciliation, you'll lead initiatives that modernize and streamline confirmation and settlement processes. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for settlement-related initiatives, translating market needs into clear product requirements
- Partner with engineering to ensure solutions are aligned with operational realities and industry standards
- Identify gaps in current post-trade processes and propose improvements based on best practices across the banking sector
- Lead change management efforts across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Serve as subject matter expert on settlement flows, trade lifecycle, and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their pain points and ensure our products deliver measurable value
