Great East Title is a local real estate title company serving real estate brokerages and lenders throughout Maine and New Hampshire. We operate as a cohesive team, assisting buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and loan officers in navigating the complexities of the real estate closing process.

This is an in-person position located in our Bedford, NH office.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in title processing preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Clear and professional communicator
• Follows things through and takes ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Managing files from contract to closing with a focus on organization and follow-through
• Coordinating with agents, lenders, and internal team members to keep files on track
• Preparing and reviewing documents needed for closing
• Staying on top of timelines, details, and communication throughout the process
• Helping ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved
