About The Position

Independently troubleshoot printers/copiers by utilizing training and technical resources provided.
Respond to device set up orders in a timely manner and in accordance with DEX standards.
Repair and refurbish used devices in accordance with-in the established timeline.
Identify and order replacement parts for printers/copiers.
Clean and maintain both customers owned, and company owned devices.
Establish and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Responds to requests from customers for information.
Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments made in service-related areas.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Word Processing software
• Knowledge of Spreadsheet software
• Knowledge of Order processing systems
• Knowledge of Contact Management systems
• one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
