Requirements

Strong attention to detail when handling materials and following instructions
A safety-first mindset with consistent PPE compliance
Ability to work independently under general supervision
Basic computer and documentation skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Comfort operating industrial equipment or willingness to be trained

Responsibilities

Gather and accurately weigh raw materials based on batch card requirements
Prepare production areas by confirming equipment readiness, cleanliness, and material availability
Operate forklifts and VNA equipment to transport materials safely throughout the facility
Load and stage materials at designated workstations to maintain production flow
Verify that setup parameters align with batch cards and supervisor instructions
Communicate with production operators, maintenance, and supervisors to coordinate setup timing
Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and report hazards immediately
Maintain accurate setup documentation in production systems
Support housekeeping and cleaning activities to maintain 5S standards
