The Loan Quality Auditor for the Servicing Customer Care Team is responsible for ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures defined for the team by conducting thorough audits. This role involves documenting and tracking audit findings, uploading audit results, and presenting insights and trends to leadership. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Conduct regular audits of the servicing customer care processes and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Document and track audit findings, including discrepancies, trends, and best practices. Upload audit results to the designated platforms/system for record-keeping and further analysis.Prepare and present detailed reports to leadership, summarizing audit results, trends, and recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with the customer care team to address any identified issues and implement corrective actions. Stay updated with industry standards and best practices to ensure the team’s processes align with current expectations. Assist in developing and updating audit checklists and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the auditing process. Provide training and support to team members on compliance and process adherence.
