The Servicing Litigation Supervisor will manage key metrics related to servicing litigation, which includes but may not be limited to the following teams: Contested Matters, Title Matters, Mediation and/or Court appearances; department performance, implementation of department strategies/procedures, and respond to inquiries related to customers/vendors/investors/regulatory agencies. As the Litigation Supervisor, you will interface with other divisions in servicing to ensure upstream/downstream processes are appropriate. The Servicing Litigation Supervisor will: Support the servicing of mortgage loans Audit functions directly related to contested matters and title curative Support business leaders to identify/support processes at the operational level Perform other related duties as required and assigned Reporting functions and Auditing Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
