The ServiceTitan Systems Manager is a senior, strategic leader responsible for the vision, governance, and optimization of the ServiceTitan platform and its integrations across the organization. This is not just an admin role. You will shape system strategy, protect data integrity, align compensation structures, optimize reporting, and enable scalable growth across all brands and locations. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure ServiceTitan functions as a true revenue engine for the organization. The ideal candidate blends deep technical knowledge with business strategy, financial understanding, and people leadership — while living out our core values every day.
