Requirements

  • IT-related certificate or diploma
  • 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • A+ certification (preferred)
  • Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
  • Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.
  • Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
  • Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair
