W2 Associate Technician

About The Position

As an Associate Tech you will complete all lab orders assigned within the normal shift schedule. Understand and comply with all Insight ISO Policies and Procedures. Follow and sign off on work instructions once work effort is complete. Submit signed work instructions to their manager. Each person is accountable for meeting and\or exceeding individual team goals.

Requirements

• High School Education or equivalent.
• The ability to work in a high-volume production environment
• Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
• Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion

Responsibilities

• Verify/Count all parts and QTYs listed on each pick list order before placing on the bench.
• Continuously check ERP system to systematically unpack the order.
• Follow work instructions to completion.
• Notify their manager immediately of any non-conforming product and\or discrepancies in work instructions.
