Job Summary Services Sales Specialists (multiple openings) Position reports to Tetra Pak headquarters at 3300 Airport Road, Denton, TX 76207; 100% telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. 75% U.S. & Canada travel required. Potential international travel for training purposes. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do As a Services Sales Specialist, you will: Improve the customer experience through efficient communication and integrated service end-to-end along the whole customer productive value chain. Manage and develop focused sales areas and customer relationships from a Tetra Pak Services perspective. Serve as a key point of contact for our customers to ensure that their operational issues are resolved in a timely manner and identify their needs and deliver solutions to drive mutual growth. Work with our customers in the food and beverage industry and look for opportunities inside and outside our existing customer base to sell our services portfolio and grow our market. Act as a primary Market Area Services Sales point of contact with Tetra Pak Business Unit – CPS (Cheese & Powder Systems). Participate in the translation of global/cluster objectives related to three-year forecasting and planning into market area deliverable. Lead the creation, implementation, and follow-up of sales and business strategy for given area of responsibility or application. Lead understanding of our customers’ needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis and analysis. Lead opportunity management, cross-selling, up-selling and fact-based value proposal, and negotiate and close deals. Lead the growth of profitable Tetra Pak service contracts. Participate in the creation, implementation, and follow-up of sales in plans for Key Accounts in collaboration with Senior Key Account Managers. Lead creation service business plans in collaboration with portfolio Senior Account Representatives and Senior Service Engineers. Lead services dimension in project lifecycle management to ensure that the new Tetra Pak equipment is effectively handed over to services. Participate in follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction, and profitability on service business with customer as well as internally. Participate in resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with our customers and issue drivers. Lead the creation of quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets.
