We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Services Finance Transformation Product Manager to define, lead, and deliver strategic initiatives that optimize the financial lifecycle of our rapidly expanding digital Services Businesses. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our finance technology landscape, leveraging product management principles, advanced technology, process innovation, and data analytics to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insights of our core financial operations, with a particular emphasis on Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of financial acumen, a deep understanding of digital services business models, proven product management expertise in finance technology, and a passion for innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management or leading complex transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level financial system implementations, particularly with digital services O2C.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams.
• BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent.

• Experience in defining product roadmaps and managing solution delivery.
• Deep understanding of digital services business models, including subscriptions and digital media distribution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional product teams and influence stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in the full product lifecycle of complex cross-functional system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for finance transformation focused on financial processes, systems, and data structures.
• Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs, including system implementations and process re-engineering.
• Identify, analyze, and redesign critical finance processes with a focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Eliminate inefficiencies, improve controls, and enhance scalability across the financial product landscape.
• Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new financial technologies and tools.
• Leverage Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities to innovate O2C and other finance solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with finance leadership, Services Engineering, IS&T, and other business units.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans and training programs.
• Drive initiatives to improve financial data governance, reporting capabilities, and analytics for deeper business insights.
• Ensure transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with financial regulations.
